I was going to talk about gay marriage today, but this story got my attention more. "Home Secretary David Blunkett has refused to grant diplomatic immunity to armed American special agents and snipers travelling to Britain as part of President Bush's entourage this week." "In the case of the accidental shooting of a protester, the Americans in Bush's protection squad will face justice in a British court as would any other visitor, the Home Office has confirmed." What the hell is Bush doing now. He wants to shoot (and possibly kill) protesters and get away with it. They say accidental, but I don't buy that. No you don't Bush. This isn't Iraq we're talking about here. You can't go around shooting people who don't like you. If that was allowed in this country (or even the world) we would've died out a long time ago. |
