Does this sound familiar?  Bush said the latest recording of Saddam Hussein is 'propaganda.'  How would he know what it is?  Could it be that he and his crew have done it enough to recognize it when they see it?  Or maybe he knows something we don't.

I have a strong feeling that one of two things have happened to Saddam and Osama:
1) They are dead and the Government doesn't want anyone to know it.
2) They are being well-taken care of.  By this, I mean Bush has either allowed them to escape or put them up in a really nice house/mansion on the beach.

Remember, Bush turned the other way while several Saudis (including bin Laden relatives) to fly immediately after 9/11 when all air-traffic was grounded.

Why would he allow Saddam and Osama to continue to live free?  I see that as long as they are not captured/killed the war can continue and the occupation can secure more oil fields.  Why else would we be there?

I don't understand how our troops being in a country on the other side of the planet can keep us safe here.  If they are keeping us safe and protecting our freedom shouldn't they have a better advantage doing that here in this country.  All they're doing is protecting Bush's interests in Iraq and nothing more.
